Dr. Ji is mainly engaged in the application research of biosensors and biological signals in the field of intelligent medical care. By exploring the signal recognition and transduction mechanism of biosensor interface, micro-nano devices and flexible devices with high sensitivity and specificity are constructed for detecting bioelectric signal and biomolecules such as nucleic acids, metabolites and neurotransmitters. Combined with POCT system, it can detect, analyze and process clinical samples in real time. Realize accurate, rapid and real-time diagnosis of infectious diseases, long-term detection of chronic diseases and personal health management.

主要从事生物传感与生物电信号处理在智慧医疗领域的应用研究。聚焦国际前沿，结合纳米材料结构与功能的调控及微纳器件的制造，深入探究生物传感界面的信号识别、转导机制，构建高灵敏、高特异性的微纳器件和柔性器件，用于核酸、代谢物🕯🍤、神经递质等生物分子及生物电信号的检测⛹️♀️。此外，还致力于开发可植入👯、可穿戴的诊疗一体化新型器件👮🏻♀️，并与现场快速检测（POCT）系统结合，实现临床样本的实时检测🙅🏽♂️💔、分析和处理👩🏽🦰，从而实现精准、快速的传染病诊断、慢性病的长期监测和个人健康管理😒。研究工作在J. Dr. Ji is primarily engaged in the research of biosensing and bioelectrical signal processing in the field of smart healthcare. Focusing on cutting-edge international research, I integrate the regulation of nanomaterial structures and functions with micro-nano device manufacturing. By delving into the mechanisms of signal recognition and transduction at the biosensing interface, I develop highly sensitive and specific micro-nano devices and flexible devices for detecting biomolecules such as nucleic acids, metabolites, neurotransmitters, as well as bioelectrical signals. In addition, I am committed to developing implantable and wearable integrated diagnostic and therapeutic devices, combined with point-of-care testing (POCT) systems, to enable real-time detection, analysis, and processing of clinical samples. This facilitates precise and rapid diagnosis of infectious diseases, long-term monitoring of chronic conditions, and personal health management. Research work in the field of J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Biosens. Bioelectron., Nano Letters, Sens. Actuators, B and so on.
