主治医师，副研究员，从事干细胞治疗骨关节炎的临床和基础研究工作𓀎。在科学研究方面，以“基于微环境的干细胞命运调控”为主要研究方向，率先提出了“永生化干细胞体外抗衰老扩展平台“的新理念，相关成果以“Leading opinion”在Biomaterials刊发，以“国人佳作“标题被国内众多公众号转载🖲。近五年以在Biomaterials, Acta Biomaterialia等高水平杂志共发表干细胞相关论文🐝，主持国家级项目1项🧑🏼‍🚀，省部级项目2项🏃🏻。

Orthopedic attending, associate researcher, engaged in the clinical and basic research work of stem cell therapy for osteoarthritis. In terms of scientific research, with "microenvironment-based stem cell fate regulation" as the main research direction. First proposed the new concept of "immortilized stem cell in vitro anti-aging expansion platform", and the related results were published in Biomaterials with "Leading opinion", which was reprinted by many domestic public accounts under the title of "Chinese best work". In the past five years, paper published related to stem cells in high-level journals such as Biomaterials and Acta Biomaterialia, and presided over one national project and two provincial and ministerial projects.
