长期专注于前列腺癌的早期诊断、微创和微侵入治疗。2008年开始在长海医院泌尿外科工作，2019.12加盟东方医院泌尿外科。第一作者或者共同第一作者发表论文25篇✋🏼，构建了以磁共振超声融合靶向穿刺、无痛局麻经会阴穿刺、不可逆电穿孔局灶治疗前列腺癌、不可逆电穿孔治疗前列腺增生🦾🛌🏻、高能聚焦超声机器人治疗前列腺癌、达芬奇机器人前列腺癌手术🚶‍♀️、分子影像引导下的前列腺癌根治术为代表的前列腺癌诊疗技术体系。主持包括国家重点专项子课题、国家自然科学青年基金、上海市创新行动计划🏉、上海市卫计委基金及院校基金、浦东新区优秀学科带头人基金共7项，总资助金额300万🧲。

Have been focusing on the early diagnosis, minimally invasive and minimally invasive treatment of prostate cancer for a long time. Started working in the Department of Urology of Changhai Hospital in 2008 and joined the Department of Urology of Shanghai East Hospital in December 2019. Published 25 papers as the first author or co-first author. Established a prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment system that represented by targeted biopsy with magnetic resonance ultrasound fusion, painless local anesthesia transperineal prostate biopsy, irreversible electroporation focal therapy for prostate cancer, irreversible electroporation for prostate hyperplasia, High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) focal therapy for prostate cancer, Da Vinci robot for prostate cancer surgery and radical prostatectomy guided by molecular imaging. Presided over 7 projects including National Key Special Projects, National Natural Science Youth Fund, Shanghai Innovation Action Plan, Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission Fund and School Fund, and Pudong District Outstanding Subject Leader Fund, with a total funding of 3 million.
