Prof. Fang Li is a graduate of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and is engaged in research at the University of Cambridge in the UK as a visiting scholar. She has overseen the implementation of over 20 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and other organizations. She has published over 50 papers in high-impact journals, including Nucleic Acid Research, Science Advances, EMBO Journal, and Journal of Experimental & Clinical Research, acting as the corresponding author or first author on these publications. She has been granted two invention patents, and has also authored two books. She was the recipient of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award for her contributions to “the development of a novel approach to the treatment of uterine cervical tumors with combination on fundamental research and innovative surgical techniques”.
